Green Bay native Dave Boyce has his undies in a bunch over, well, seeing your undies.

Boyce is the main proponent of a law that would make saggy pants illegal in the Green Bay area. People who wear low-riding pants that expose their underwear are making his city look bad, Boyce says in a PiPress report. And he doesn’t care if passing and enforcing such legislation is more troublesome than a big ole wedgie.

Green Bay wouldn’t be the first to pass a boxers or briefs law. The city of Wildwood, New Jersey passed a similar ordinance earlier this month. The small beach town can give out fines ranging from $25 to $200 to anyone sagging their pants.

WBAY-TV reports that a Green Bay City Council heard Boyce’s proposal Monday evening, but chose not to endorse his anti-undie campaign.
