KFAI: In this season of good cheer, Jolly Ol’ St. Nicholas, and fa-la-la-la-la, is there really such a thing as a crappy Christmas song? The Boogiemonster knows if you’ve been naughty or nice.

Various: “True Grit,” the new Coen brothers movie, opens in movie theaters this week. It gets two thumbs up, and, rated PG-13, is one of the very few (two?)  family-friendly movies the brothers have released. (Or do families sometimes watch “Fargo” together?) Is it Oscar-worthy?
