Via Midtown Minneapolis, The NYTimes travel section makes another stop in the Twin Cities. This time Minneapolis and St. Paul get a write-up on its new wave of bakeries, including Patisserie 46, Salty Tart and Bars Bakery. Warning: don’t read the piece until you’ve had a morning snack or your mouth is going to water.

Bars Bakery is so trendy they don’t need to include an address on ther website. If you don’t already know where it is, you don’t deserve their bars.

Never, mind, it’s under “contact us.” Perhaps I will, and say “don’t make people search for your address on your website…”

Bob, and I shouldn’t have to search for hours either. Bars does have their hours on the front page, but so many places don’t. Name, address, phone and hours should be on the front page of every business’s website.

@kc!: Actually, that information should be on every page. Just like on SOTC! Except that SOTC is BYOB. 🙁
