Upstart electronic label Mi Ajira finally provides a home for musicians of the breathy, dream-pop variety here in the Twin Cities. About time, as plenty of national acts in the genre come through all the time (we’re especially thinking of the likes of Julia Holter and Grouper, who’ve both played sets in the Walker’s galleries). They’re getting together to get familiar this weekend at Kitty Cat Klub. The night opens with patient, chilled Langley; then eyedubs who integrates strains of hip-hop beats; Uio Loi with subtle, layered pieces; and finally ṢŪPFĀ, who uses textures from everywhere and anywhere for his (her?) soundscapes. A chill Sunday night escape from whatever haunts you. Doors at 9:30 p.m. Free. —EK
