Mary Mack comes home for the holidays, and thank God. We only allow our meat raffles to be teased by those who love them so. Mack is a comedian hailing from just east of Hinckley, which is a nice way of saying northern Wisconsin. She frequently tackles the Midwest’s homey traditions and awkward interpersonal dynamics in her act in LA, but now she’s home to present her Holiday Meat Raffle Show. In case you are bored by comedy shows (why you’re intent on attending anyway, we’re not sure), there’s plenty of variety planned alongside this one: accordion songs, dancing, poetry from Paul Dickenson, and a Doggie Sweater Competition, which sounds like it should be leading the bill. Just kidding, Mary. She’s also joined by singer-songwriter Chris Koza, the Prairie Fire Lady Choir, and the surf-rocking Sex Rays. A little something for everyone, ladies and gentlemen. 7:30 p.m. $10 in advance, $12 at door. —EK
