Matt's is a great litmus test for dates. First off, has your date heard of the mythic burger-dive? Secondly, how does he react when the vaunted jucy lucy is set before him? Does he have the brains to snack on basket fries and sip his 3.2 beer while the melted cheese sealed inside the burger cools from volcanic to merely scorching? Or will he be another failed date as he launches, with tough-guy machismo, into the bite that will ruin all other bites? If so, you'll probably find yourself dipping your fries in your burger's cheesy well and losing yourself in the 3D vinyl wallpaper.
