Dude Weather Subscribe to Secrets Minneapolis / St. Paul
According to On Point News, a former restaurant manager at the Hilton Minneapolis has filed a lawsuit claiming that she "was fired after she opened the door to a banquet room at the Hilton [and] discovered an orgy involving Hilton upper management." The aforementioned orgy allegedly occurred "on top of a table." According to the complaint, the plaintiff was told by the hotel's "beverage manager" that "she would be fired, and he would be sure of it." Will the defendants deny the orgy, or only the illegal retaliation? And will they do us all a favor and claim that, regardless what happened, the banquet tables have been cleaned and sterilized?
I so wish I would walk into a conference room to see Senior Management in an orgy. That would be a wonderful scandal, much better than the woman that embezzelled $1mil.
All this tells me is that I am working for the wrong companies...
Lots of troubles and lawsuits could be avoided by simply inviting people to join in. It is a simple lesson.

Don't forget the remote controls, too.

I guessing that Paris Hilton, or anyone resembling her was not among the top Hilton executives at gathering.
Maybe they did, but she said "'dat's OK."
*biting tongue*
So...big table or small orgy?
This will be all the backchannel talk in the "hospitality community" won't it g rote?
rat...I have a ton more to say about this, but not here. For the time being, I'm just trying to avoid envisioning any members of their "upper management" naked. ugh. frightening.
hahahahahahahahaha
This has the potential to bump the Metrodome sexcapade off the top two items on twincities.com.
This is awesome. And also why I've always wanted to go into hotel management. Although imagining typical senior management in an orgy is making me a little sick.
A kid from my high school graduated wantin to go into hotel management. I'm going to go hurl now.
The fact that this thread only generated 13 comments, and the grocery store thread is flying high, is another sign that MNSpeak/SOTC is dead/dying. I'm weeping now.
It's Minnesota, Jason. People don't really like to talk about orgies, but are obsessed with grocery stores. I don't understand it either.
We are just not orgy people, we don't want to have to own all sorts of lotions and robes and have to grow mustaches. And the wierdo lighting freaks us out.
Used to walk though that Hilton a lot. It had a hat store.
...and have to grow mustaches.
Wait, does that mean I can haz orgies now?
No
That's exactly why I don't ask permission first.
First rule of orgies: Do not talk about orgies...
Second rule of orgies: The Flickr page must never be shared with anyone outside the group.
Spoilsport...
You have to earn your way to Flickr access. I keep telling you that.
Max, is it your turn to host this weekend or mine?
Yours. I'm still cleaning up from last weekend.
You mean I was lied to? Hrmmph. Fine. You're probably just a bunch of audist bigots. I'd probably find more attractive people on Craig's list anyway.
How did the thread get this long with no reference to teucer's mom? And where is teucer, anyway? Did the teucer's mom stuff get to him?
I worked in that building for a long time (not for the Hilton) and used to sneak in to use the health club after work...never got to see anything like that!
BTW, one thing I love about the new MNSpeak/SOTC is that there is an 'orgy' tag. I plan to check it often.
Actually, it wouldn't be half as funny to anybody if you saw some of the upper management. I don't work there, but I know people that do.
I don't want to imagine anything like that again, and now the vision is burned into my mind's eye. It's just not always a pretty thing - things that make you go *vomit* ....
All right, it is time to expand my RSS Reader again with local blogs I haven't read before. If you kow of or have a local blog that produces local content (and it doesn't need to all be local content; just occasional), go ahead and pimp it here.…
