Dude Weather Subscribe to Secrets Minneapolis / St. Paul
There was a dead teen found not far from my house a few hours ago. It was the top story on WCCO. On the riverbank in front of Minnehaha Academy [North Campus, High School]. That would be about where W. RiverRoad and the Lake Street bridge meet. The police say it was obviously homicide, and not accidental. The area will be closed in the morning, and into the afternoon possibly. So, any commuters who use the road, just be aware of that. Sad that a young person like that had to die. [Update: More on the murder.]
Editor's note, February 9, 2009. At the request of the victim's mother, we have removed the comments on this thread. There were 78 comments, some of which it turned out were made by people involved with the murder of Trevor Marsh.
