Is there a motorized vehicle out there that some jackass HASN'T gotten a DWI while operating?

You don't even need a motor to get a DUI! Bikes and other human-powered road-legal vehicles are also subject to DUI laws (although it's much much much more rarely enforced). I think ... which bordering state was it that just legalised drunk horseriding (and possibly biking?)? Most states that sort of thing is still illegal, though.

Also:
Oh, and authorities confiscated his scooter.

When's the police auction???

South Dakota just legalized drunk bike and horseback riding.

Again with this sense of self-entitlement.

Why shouldn't someone get a DUI if they're drunk on a bicycle?

Why do bicyclists seem to think they are above the law?

I don't get it.

Selling lemonade is nice, but how about arresting the guy selling crack at the lunch hour today in the alley next to Witt's Liquor on 7th & Hennepin?

Can the horse be drunk?

I wonder if the Chicago PD does the same when giving out lemonade to the general public? Either that, I must be living in the "Twlight Zone" these days.
