Eighty-one Minnesota teams competed in a robotics event this weekend, signaling that robots are becoming news in the Twin Cities. There are robots at the University. Toss a robot: The (Minnesota-made) wireless robot allows officers to see what they’re about to encounter before they charge into a building. An officer can control it with a joystick and maneuver it by looking at a small TV screen. It can see in the dark.
They make those suckers in the office next to me...when ever I hear a bump on the shared wall I think their tunneling in.
