He is wearing a sign and looking quite somber. Certainly, not a happy, fun-time clown, not that any exist as we all know that clowns are scary. I do not know what his sign says, because I am Minnesotan and find it uncomfortable to stare, even at signs. I also am not inclined to talk to him to get the story. (See: Clowns = Scary) I hope one of you are willing/able to get over the fear of either starring enough to read the sign and/or talk to him. I am clown curious.
