Interested Minnesotans with a knack for delivering laughs can submit YouTube videos containing three-to-seven minutes of their best political standup material until midnight on August 14. Three finalists will be selected to present live standup August 17 at the Joint Comedy Club in Bloomington, Minn., where a local selection panel will choose the winner.
