Think young Americans care about the environment? Think again. A new study shows that young people are actually less interested in the environment and conservation than their elders were at the same age, according to the Star Tribune. The study, published in the Journal of Personality and Social Psychology, analyzed more than 40 years of surveys. Many find the news surprising, given that Millennials grew up hearing “reduce, reuse, recycle” on a regular basis.
