Just when you didn’t think winter would end, summer makes some definite plans. Ice cream-related plans.

Lake Calhoun favorite Tin Fish, heretofore prolific for its long lines and totally-worth-it fish tacos, is taking its ice cream mobile in a restored vintage van reminiscent of a 1950s soda fountain. According to the Southwest Journal, the old-fashioned wheels will be serving some thoroughly modern offerings, including all-natural popsicles and even coconut-milk ice cream.

An ice cream truck for grown-ups? Spring can’t get here fast enough.
