Red Bull Crashed Ice Participants Warm Up on Tonka Bay

The Red Bull Crashed Ice track in St. Paul won’t open until Saturday, but a few eager locals have decided to get some practice on their own turf. Participant Jordan Miller and a couple of his pals have constructed a small homemade course with two sets of jumps on Tonka Bay. Their tiny course obviously pales in comparison to the 1,280-foot track in St. Paul, but Miller says it’s better practice than ice skating on a flat surface.
