Minneapolis has taken yet another green step forward as hundreds of car-sharing vehicles will soon see the light of day. The STrib reports that city council members approved a two-year pilot program, which allows several different car-sharing companies to leave vehicles at on-street parking spots.

Different companies will have varying regulations, including parking and prices. Some cars can be left on any street while others will have designated spots assigned for parking, and companies will offer a variety of programs and pricing plans.
