The historic Trading Floor of the Minneapolis Grain Exchange has taken a leap into the modern era by housing CoCo, recently named one of the “Coolest Co-Working Spaces in America” by Business Insider. CoCo is a 20,000 square foot space that provides small tech companies, freelancers, and other entrepreneurs a place to grow their ideas in a collaborative environment.

In this Internet age, businesses are being born from nothing more than a creative mind and a computer screen but even entrepreneurs need a workplace other than Starbucks or their own den. CoCo provides groups with meeting rooms, lounge areas, a game room, and even in-room beverage and catering services. While co-working spaces can go for up to $350 a month in LA or Chicago, CoCo starts at just $50 a month.
