MIA’s Titan Billboard Gets Some Graffiti Love

Minneapolis Institute of Arts’s Titian and the Golden Age of Venetian Painting exhibit has been a hit at the museum — and apparently on the street. A sympathetic graffiti artist applies an item of red clothing to the previously topless poster girl that is “Venus Rising from the Sea”. “Brrrr!” was added to the billboard as well, probably in response to the Minnesota temperatures that February brings.
Anyone else notice that City Pages totally ripped off this blog post from you (apparently) and from the LA Times, which first reported on the billboard? No link whatsoever.
