Local Ad Agency Site Hijacked by Russian Host

A media planner working with a Hunt Adkins representative named James Pierce called the ad agency after suspicious interactions. Hunt Adkins was surprised, not employing anyone with that name. It was soon discovered that its website had been replicated by a Russian host. The nearly identical site had minor differences such as a hyphen between Hunt Adkins. While the company was able to get the Russian site down before too much damage was done, the site has moved to a China host with a .net address instead of .org. Representatives at Hunt Adkins agency are confused about why they were targeted, they share with the Strib.
