Caterpillars are making a full-force appearance in Twin Cities this summer, and a DNR entomologist says the temperate winter is to blame. While the fuzzy Eastern Tent Caterpillar isn’t destructive to it’s leafy homes, less-friendly armyworms are also out in droves.
