This is the time of year when envy arises for those who have a garage. Not only is extra time not needed to warm their cars, but they also don’t have to stand in the snow and free their cars from a heap of snow and ice. If you’re one of those who clear off just enough snow to “peek” out your front windshield, you could possibly feel another sting from our sub-zero winters: a fine for improper snow removal from your vehicle. Snow or ice falling off of your vehicle can be considered littering (a misdemeanor) and ice or snow that obstructs the view out of the front windshield or front side windows in any way, can result in a fine, reports WCCO.
