A Minneapolis Teacher is Seeing Stars

Chelen Johnson, a high school teacher at Breck School, now knows what it feels like to work for NASA.

The science teacher earned one of 26 coveted spots (out of the more than 500 applicants) to spend two days in California studying with NASA, reports KSTP. Her mission: to find new stars. And Johnson will definitely have her head in the clouds tonight when she boards the aircraft SOFIA and takes off with the rest of the crew to explore the unknown.
