Apparently, pigeon poop in downtown St. Paul might be partially responsible for a parking ramp to partially collapse. So what do you do? Fill bird seed with birth control, of course. (via) Why not? They already have a hotel! Pretty soon St. Paul is going to be known as a swinger’s paradise for our feathered friends.

Downtown St. Paul has pigeon issues for sure, and the recesses of the city’s skyway bridge structures don’t help at all.
What really pisses me off is the constant feeding of gulls in the K-Mart lot blocking Nicollet. If they had fur and scooted along the ground, exterminators would be called.

I don’t think I really need nor want to know about the sexual conduct of pigeons. Or that St. Paul embraces said pigeon conduct. Next they’ll be sending out carrier pigeons with flyers marketing this fowl behavior. Sheesh.

Pigeons, squirrels, rabbits, and canadian geese are out of control. We need more hungry homeless people with guns.

Has the Moral Majority called for an abstinence-only program yet?

This is a good strategy.
Why not apply the same to the out of control human population….
Fucking shitting everywhere they go…

If pigeons weren’t so dumb, the city could just teach them the rhythm method. I think it’d be cheaper in the long run. Stupid pigeons.
Also, I think it’s wrong for unwed pigeons to be having sex in the first place. The city should also encourage more pigeons to get married by offering them tax breaks and stage purity balls for young pigeons, complete with promise legbands, encouraging them to wait until the city legalizes pigeon marriage before having sex.

Pigeon birth control is great.
