Climb skyscrappers!

Anyone want to join me on Jan. 31? I don’t climb very fast these days, but I make it to the top.

I resolve to cross county ski a few times in 2009 as well.

Speaking of fit: I just read somewhere that CBS Nightly News is doing a segment on Free Bacon Wednesday at the Triple Rock tonight at 9 p.m.

Suck on it Portland!!!

I tweeted this earlier today, but I am just $15 shy of my personal fundraising goal of $100 for the Jan. 31 stairclimb.

Anyone want to donate, so I can shut the hell up about it already?

Like that’ll stop you!

I sit around all day, eat whatever I want and rely on others to keep the average down. (Or up…I’m not sure what they’re averaging.)

I think about doing a lot of things to keep fit, but end up doing very few of them.

Typically, I ski a lot in the winter, but this year, I’m focusing a majority of my efforts on rigorous indoor workouts.

Ooh Cat, racy!!

crz: I’ll help keep the average down. I’m too cheap/broke to buy new clothes, so I gotta make sure I fit into the ones I have.

“The magazine named Miami the “Fattest City in America,”‘

When we lived in Miami, I always tought the people there were really fit and took care of themselves. It was so easy because of the nice weather.

Last year, when I went to a beach there I saw that things had gotten out of hand.

Heh!

Does Diet Coke count as a weight loss plan?

I was thinking of taking a month long alcohol sabbatical. I have a few friends that will take February off from drinking every year. February is picked because it is the shortest month you know you don’t want to over do it.

I’m on a alcohol sabbatical right now. It’s been the longest afternoon of my life.

This frequent snow-shoveling helps.

wii.
I’m serious, I look forward to it all day and I feel like I get pretty good workouts!
