The Strib reports: The city of St. Paul has filed two lawsuits against street gangs in an effort to limit their presence at the Rondo Festival and Parade later this month…
If the injunction is approved, the named alleged gang members would not be allowed to associate in the safety zone with other gang members. They also could not intimidate people, use gang signs, wear gang clothing or recruit others.

I suggest the City hire large groups of Somali youth to follow, taunt and throw rocks at suspected gang members.
What could go wrong?
Seriously, I am writing this from the heart of the old Rondo neighborhood now. The police use our parking lot as their mobile HQ for the event.
