If capitalism works the way it is suppose to, the best and the brightest will be hired in all positions, so when the economy is bad, we will all get better service. Assuming we can afford to go out to eat. And assuming capitalism works the way it is suppose to, which I don’t believe.

It seems at Barrio, you either get great service or bad service.

Pretty much like everywhere else.

What KC said. If a “rising tide raises all boats”, then I counter that an “ebbing tide gets all the dinghys in ship shape”

1. Or we get better service because people don’t want to get fired.

2. In other food-related news, tomorrow is the First Evar Second Evar MNSpeak Pub Quiz Night at Merlin’s Rest. It starts at 730 and answers will be read before 9pm. A couple of us are meeting earlier to have fish and chips and converse. Hope you can make it.

3. Sorry for not staying completely on topic.

I think it’s cool that you posted this from the future. March 19. How did you do it, Max?

Good question.
