From the Strib story (the last link): Later in her interview, Bachmann didn’t disagree with the host’s assertion that Ellison “is heavily involved in what amounts to a talent search for Muslims to fill jobs of some importance in the Obama administration.”

“Our news media hasn’t, hasn’t put that message out,” Bachmann replied. “We have a very liberal news media here in the state of Minnesota and that message hasn’t gone out.”

There is no evidence of that happening, either.

The ultimate bias in media is failing to tell the right lies.

As per usual, Bachmann has a point. It’s right there on top of her tin foil hat.

I have a title for that imaginary talent search: “America’s Got Muslims.”

Judges include Rep. Ellison (D-MN), Rep. Carson (D-IN), and Muhammad Ali.

Is it just me, or does anyone else think “the Flying Imams” is a hilarious name? Sounds like a circus act.

I think I liked Sheiks on a Plane better, but it didn’t catch on.

Later in her interview, Bachmann didn’t disagree with the host’s assertion that Ellison “is heavily involved in what amounts to a talent search for Muslims to fill jobs of some importance in the Obama administration.”

And why, exactly would this be a problem if it WERE happening? Monica Goodling spent a hell of a lot of time auditioning Christians for appointed positions withing the DOJ. Michelle didn’t seem to have a problem with that.

And, so what if these Imams had attended an Ellison victory party. They were cleared of any wrong doing by the TSA, so it’s not like Ellison would have been consorting with terrorists.

Don’t you just want to slap some sense into people like that?

Oh, wait. That would get me arrested.

Instead, I would wish for some kind of Twilight Zone thing to happen to these dimwits where they get transported into the world of their dreams … only to find out it’s a nightmare.

Or that The Rapture happens and they get left behind? (A tip of hat to Brandi for that idea.)
