While the Hecker piece has some interesting aspects, I’m thinking that a piece on the looming deficit coming at Minnesota might make for a more timely article right now.

One of Heckler’s companies is called Myth Financial.

Deficits and government finance have no tabloid value, ergo they won’t make good “news” stories.

Hecker ran a Ponzi scheme, plain and simple. the numbers eventually got too big to hide. If you were ethically bankrupt and wanted to appear rich, you could do it with relative ease during the era of loose credit standards.

The problem I have is that he’s still acting like he’s rich. Owes upwards of $700 million, yet still flying to Brainerd by private jet, flying 1st Class to Las Vegas where he spent a couple thousand dollars on his teenage son. (Is there really anything in Vegas for a teenage boy that costs that much, aside from the hookers?)

With a business like Waterfront Properties of AZ, I don’t know how the man could fail.

This thing is longer than the first AND second Demon Wars sagas. Seesh.

Now I know where all his money went…lawyers. Every deal gets a corporation….hey what the hell corporations all around….on the house.

Back to the subject. How Denny Hecker built his automobile empire. Blood, sweat and tears. No shortage of elbow grease. Good people helpin’ good people.

That’s the real Denny Hecker story.

Chumley speaks nothing but the truth. I for one am sick of the negative connotation that Denny has gotten from the media. If you ask me, it’s just the liberal media that doesn’t know how to run a country. They use Denny as a scapegoat just because they can’t handle the fact that he is truly a great man. Thank God in heaven for men like Chumley Jones and Denny Hecker. They are what make America the greatest country in the world.

Denny Hecker is a product of America, the greatest country on earth. Enough said. I think we should take this opportunity on the day after thanksgiving to show our gratitude to both the land that made Denny’s success possible and the man who took the bull (or octupus, if you will) by the horns/tentacles and sold cars to the working man at an affordable price. I never wanted to buy a car from Hecker when he was solvent, and I sure as heck can’t buy a car from him now that’s he’s insolvent. It’s a Catch-22 sort of thing.

You never wanted to buy a car from Denny? That sounds like an outright lie. Lying is an evil sin, and God forbade it in the 10 commandments. Furthermore, lying to yourself can only cause inner hurt and turmoil for years to come.

Since when is a used car salesman who went bankrupt and is avoiding paying child and spousal support by blowing a bunch of money on his mistress a model of respect? Jesus, if you’re going to troll this site, at least be sophisticated about it.

I hope you can deal with a story that has two sides, because at Denny Hecker: He’s a Hero religious organization, we believe in getting the truth of Denny Hecker out to the masses.
