That was sort of the point of posting it.

Anybody get the new price list from Comcast? I’m reading the list from Minneapolis, and it looks like digital cable packages are going up $10 a month. Thoughts?

Bring on the phone companies and some true competition in the television “market.” Bring on BitTorrent so I can get the shows I like without being gouged by the cable mafia.

Now that Comcast has got its claws on us former TW customers, I’m not ruling out anything happening with my cable service. I’ve already dealt with their customer service dept. in 4 phone calls over the last 2 months trying to get my account & billing information straightened out….Lord knows how they managed to screw it up in the short time that they’ve been running things here?

I’m mad my standard cable is losing AMC and Oxygen. No, I will not upgrade!

Just got my Comcast “dear John” letter in the mail today! For what package I’m at now, it doesn’t appear that much will change with Comcast except channel positions….WOO-HOO!

On further looking at things, I guess I’ll be getting the Sundance and Logo channels, along with some others that I have no idea or interest in which I didn’t have with TW.

That Strib list is as lame as the Strib.
