I know that Matt isn’t posting from the Strib today, but I never made any promises.
Look at what they think a 13 yr old did to a 2 yr old girl in Fergus Falls.

Cases like this are actually what make me glad we don’t have the death penalty. A kid who would do that to a 2 year old can’t be right enough in the head to recognize right from wrong. Of course we have to lock him up to protect ourselves from him, but I don’t know how we can justify killing someone that messed up.
