Interesting. It turns out the shooter may be white, discussion ends. No calls to see their photographs. No hand-wringing about how white parentling led to this. No discussions about how the welfare state has caused whites to think that they can just take whatever they want without having to pay for it. No discussion about what a mistake it has been to let white people into this country.

I guess when white people kill each other during violent crime, it’s seen as an abberation, while when black people do it, it’s seen as an expression of their collective heritage.

Hipmn, what leads you to believe the shooter may be white when (1) the suspects were originally described as black; (2) the suspects are from north Minneapolis; and (3) the 18 year old woman in custody (sometimes described as the alleged shooter’s girlfriend) is named Lasonya Miles.

I may have misheard. Perhaps the report was that the shooter is not Somali, which had brought forth a completely seperate series of racist, xenophoibic commentary.

Does the fact that this shooting happened in the middle of uptown, and the other one in downtown, make it more attention grabbing, then say north minneapolis drug homicides?
