They don't eat at Buca you see. Portions are small. They eat fruit and salad with their pasta, and they walk every night after dinner instead of sitting around watching TV like an American. When I lived in Rome for a summer, I ate like a Roman, walked like a Roman and lost 15 pounds, which would be about 7 kilos to a Roman.
