Minnesota Montly points out that Nate may be gone from Channel 45’s The Office-eque Nate on Drums, but the show could still make the jump from local gem to national success, a la MST3K and Let’s Bowl. If you want to catch the show before it hits the big time, the six episodes of Nate’s second season are scheduled for release on DVD.

Well, it worked out nicely for Let’s Bowl.

The primary difference between Nate on Drums and MST3K and Lets Bowl is that the later two shows were funny. The former is not.
Seriously. Are you sure you meant to refer to it as Office-esque? I could see calling it Nash Bridges-esque, or even Sue Thomas F.B.Eye-esque, but the office is actually sort of funny.
Give me a choice between watching Nate on Drums and anal electrocution, and I swear to god, I would need some time to weigh the options.

You would also love to know Nate. Awesome guy, knows his way around a kitchen, and you wouldn’t believe what he can accomplish with a circular saw. Like a brunette Ty Pennington, that one.

Nate once saw me naked on accident. I think I bring this up every single time I see him even though it was five years ago.

He brings it up, too.

Do you work for PETA nateonaccordian? Or perhaps you have a head of lush silky hair and fear for your safety in the presence of j. lo? Who wouldn’t!? Good man, alerting everyone to the horrific nature of anal electrocution.
No animal was ever harmed during the production of Nate on Drums.
