Just wait for another 20 years when it gets dropped to .06. The percentage will go up to 45%, but the “hooch” will probably be illegal by then anyways.

One year from now I’d like to see what percentage of those fifteen-percenters get convicted vs those that plead to a lesser (non-alcohol related) charge.

Five years from now I’d like to see the income breakdown of the difference betweeen those fifteen-percenters and their outcomes.

Hennepin county charges by the record for real estate related info. Makes the county good money and keeps a lot of jerks away.

The state barely charges anything at all

I work in medical research at the U. We use drivers license lists to help recruit controls for studies…..we use to use random digit dialing, but caller ID sort of killed that method. We have access to the drivers license records since we are a state entity, but is that bothersome? I wondered what this forum would think. We are trying to be innovative and think of new ways to recruit controls if we lose the DL records.
