No doubt he’ll get the standard C & D letter, but he’d be stupid to give it any consideration.
The shirts are a parody and Al & Alma, like it or not, are now public figures. He also made a good point in the CJ story — A & A are going to see a huge spike in business because of this, so it would be pretty hard for them to argue that their image was harmed or that they now have a bad name.
Also, is any reasonable person going to believe that a person wearing the t-shirt really got laid at Al & Alma’s? Of course not.
