Well, the Strib should be a little more clandestine on their own website — a “connect the dots” teaser can be found on their homepage. It appears “connect the dots” is the 2005 redesign teaser.

The name of the file– the URL– includes the phrase “redesign2005teaser.” Hence my ingenius conclusion.

Yeah well, that “artwork” got appropriated into a catchphrase for everything the Walker did, including making it the first words on the (old) website. One man’s art is another man’s marketing budget… or at the very least, a slogan.
