Since I’m the only person in the city who watched WB23’s American Idol wannabe, Strictly Original, over the past five weeks, announcing the winner is as worthwhile as announcing my fifth-grade soap box derby race. Nonetheless, the winner is… Terramara. Hoorah, it’s over.

I caught the last 10 minutes or so of last nights show. I still can’t believe that the best band they could find was Terramara. They were painful to listen to. Although my mom would probably love it.

Lesser of evils. Terramara at least sounded nice. Mediocre and boring, but nice. The robot band could barely play, the Rice Channel (good name) had bad material and bad singing, and I’ve already forgotten the rest of the finalists. Oh, there was the goth band … Fear of Falling or something. Scary, but not in a good way.
