Why is it that I’ll tell “anyone willing to listen” my personal, neurotic problems but when asked how much money I make, my lips are sealed? Why is this subject taboo? The Strib money column for the younger set, ka-ching!, does regular cash checks where unassuming folks are apprehended and forced to divulge their annual income. There are 24-year-olds pulling in $125,000 and 33-year-olds making $2,000. And what does this mean? I don’t know, it’s kind of fun to read though.

Very interesting — although I wonder how many of the larger incomes are “AOL inches.”
