I’m pretty sure the $8 off pitchers of Summit deal was in effect before the smoking ban. In a post-smoking ban article, the grope-y manager was quoted as saying that business was doing well, especially because of the patio being open. http://www.twincities.com/mld/pioneerpress/11503036.htm

I’ll bet the pro-smoke clowns try to blame the closings of Changs and the Shack on the smoking ban (Changs, like Sweeney’s, was thriving as a smokefree joint).

RIP, Changs. Open again as a new bar soon. I’ll miss their “Simpson’s Hour” beer and wings special…

OMG. As of now I'm all about "salty pooter." Too bad, cuz I sure liked Changs. Though it did seem like a frat boy atmosphere behind the bar. Also closed: The Pizza Shack.
