The Minnesota State Fair Foundation has announced their new poster, which will be used to promote tourism for Minnesota’s Greatest Gathering. The illustrator was Mary GrandPré of Harry Potter fame, and it certainly looks as if the poster was taken from the pages of a preciously illustrated children’s book. However, when I think of the state fair, images that come to my mind are more like this, or this, or this, or this, or… you get the picture.
