we had a Dick Enrico sighting @ dinner last night. he was positively radiant.

I saw him at the Fair last year. Instantly recognizable.

A few friends of mine threw a Dick Enrico party at Stub and Herb’s last year, which just consisted of everybody wearing a curly wig and an airbrushed moustache. They also invited the man, the myth, Dick Enrico himself. And he showed up.

After getting over the initial shock of seeing 60 idiot look-alikes, he was nice and able to laugh at the absurdity. Oh, and he donated about 100 of his own bobbleheads to the party. Can’t complain about that.

My real gripe is with Brad Rixman. That Pawn America guy is just off in my opinion.

Joyride, that is great. Good for him for the sense of humor.

Sornie, thanks, now I have the Pawn America jingle in my head. Actually, in my head the jingle goes: Pawn America/ recreation/ all we sell is fun! Which I think is a combo of Pawn America and … some other ad.

I’ll try to purge that from my head by humming the National American University song. One day, one night, Saturday’s all right…

All American RECREATION–ALL WE SELL IS FUN!

That’s what I’ve been told the girls in the hot tub are saying, but I’m not so sure.

National American School of the College of USA University Federal Scholartarium

(*Now with fake accreditation!)

shit, my snooty new england private school is showing

Yes! That’s it. I combine those two and make it Pawn America recreation…

This one’s better, though. What a great tune!

I’ve got a Dick Enrico bobblehead. He speaks some of his pitch in Mandarin. Ni hao!

A short foray into the top 25 like this year won’t really cut it in TCF Coliseum, if there’s no wine for the plebians. The Gophers and their conference are neither good enough to be lions (with one ironic exception), nor interesting enough to be the Christians.
