Barbary Fig is so adorable and their food is very tasty. The service is great too.
Tum Rup Thai is very hit and miss. Their Tom Yum soup is my favorite of any I have had and their basil stir-fry is good too. Their apps leave something to be desired, but their entrees are delicious. However, the service can be downright terrible. I have spoke to managers about it and one of them told me that the owner doesn’t care about providing good service since they’re always busy, so his hands are tied. They are often out of over 1/2 the wines on their list and are sometimes even out of basic vegetables. However, it’s 5 blocks from my house and the food is awesome, so I still roll the dice and go once in a while.
I have only been to Bev’s once and it was also during the week. They had a DJ playing outside, and the music was great and not too loud. They had some great organic wines on their list and the space is cool. I would like to go again.
