		<description>Elder abuse is shockingly common (employees of the NH my grandmother was in stole from her, but were never punished because she had dementia), however, also shockingly difficult to prove.  Many homes have instituted a policy of always having another assistant (often a female) in the room during clothing changes and baths.</description>
