Damn, I’m sorry I missed the tail end of this thread, as I currently live (shudder) in north Georgia. The only, and I mean only, good thing about it is the word “north” in the description. Total garbage!

Were it entirely up to me, and in my best interests, I’d never have lived anywhere south of, say, Burnsville.
