i've had an ongoing disagreement with someone over whether or not there were EVER any "blinking" neon red owl signs. i have a very distinct memory of seeing such a thing when i was a kid, but the other person and a few other people that i've talked to about this say no way, no such thing. i suppose it's only a "false memory". but such a sign with one of the eyes blinking WOULD be pretty rad.

anybody else remember such a sign??
