“Neal Medlyn’s Unpronounceable Symbol” opened this week, with a good review in the NY Times.
People familiar with Prince’s 1984 movie, Purple Rain, will recognize the plot. (Mr. Covelli’s portrayal of Princes antagonist, Morris Day, is delicious.) Those less familiar with Prince lore still have much to unpack in this 70-minute show.
No word on how long it will take for Prince’s lawyers to shut it down.
