Great headline.

The Highpoint Center for Printmaking is a local gem of an institution. What’s most remarkable is they’ve managed to establish themselves and gain traction precisely over the time period — post 2001 — that money and support for arts locally has stagnated and declined. This is a tribute to the quality of their vision/programs (esp. of Cole Rogers, the artistic director).
Also, in case anyone’s at all interested, Highpoint is starting (again, going against the trend) a campaign to find a new permanent home.
