Dead to me.

Did anyone else have to make a wood clock in the shape of MN in middle school? I’d like to see the kids of Nebraska or Iowa try that!

we had a distinct advantage growing up in Michigan, which is shaped like a mitten. when we wanted to show the location of our hometown, we could just point it out on our right palm. which is why you’ll hear certain folks from Michigan say the grew up in “The Thumb”. I’m from the fleshy part of of the lower palm area. my cousin lives @ the tip of the middle finger in Mackinac City. my uncle lives where the pinky and ring finger come together in Traverse City. easy for kids to remember.

It’s not half as bad as it is in Texas. They have everything in the shape of Texas, including food (You can order a steak in the shape of Texas).

I don’t know if it’s because they’re proud of their state, or they need to be reminded where they live in case they get lost.

I asked for my surgical scar to be made in the shape of Indiana, which wants be, but I can’t go back there.
