More than an hour this morning (after 9 a.m.) to get from Greater East Side St. Paul to 394, when it will usually take me around 15-20 minutes outside of rush hour. Traveling home last night from work -- normally a 20-minute jaunt -- took an hour. Just too many cars, I guess, on the city streets because of all the mayhem and craziness on the freeways.<br /> <br /> Br warned: Thursday promises much of the same.<br /> Today wasn’t any better.
