Can't be more predictable than yankees.
Enh, at least some good came out of it. Eventually.
If Hardy can find his form from two years ago it will be a fantastic trade. Go-go was at best a defensive center fielder. If he could have learne...
I agree. The Yankees are boringly predictable.
This is why the Twins are the Twins and the Yankees are the Yankees. Let's see, should we go for Hardy or Teixera? Hmmm.
I tink peraps it is te curc of Crist, Marybet414.
If I can c(h)ime in...I left the 'H' behind years ago and indeed there is no better way. The church of Crist... Bless you all.
I like the guy, but I have to admit he was a bit disappointing.
Just about every time we went to a game at the dome, you'd hear "fans" (quote marks emphasized) trashing GoGo loudly, which made me want to stand ...

I definitely thought about just leaving my car in the traffic jam yesterday and walking home.

You, MNspeak reader, are invited to my house to see a weird light show across my street this evening.

Just for the record, it took half an hour to get from my end of Lowertown to 94 yesterday. On top of the weather, I know that at least one and maybe two or three 53 routes got skipped altogether.
It was the worst possible combination of traffic and crowding. I can’t get a good gauge on it because my POS new phone didn’t have the battery to make it home, so I can only guess that it took somewhere over an hour and a half, never mind the half hour I had to wait.
Just so you all know, T-Mobile now considers less than a day’s worth of charge (12 hours) to be acceptable battery life on that Shadow phone they’re pitching. That’s not what they told me last week when they gave me a new battery, then just replaced it.

The Minneapolis Bobby & Steve’s may be a hick magnet (is that a slam or a complement?) , but they also have E85. I’ve done a few events there.
The PP has yet another story on “next generation” ethanol fuel. Note the info on the three Minnesota ethanol plants using biomass and/or wind to cut production energy costs.

I get on 394 at exit 5 (Xenia) and off on 94 East (Exit 8). I listened to the most current podcast of Savage Love and had an additional 10 mins of wait time. So 45 mins to go 3 miles.

Er, I’m not going to ask what you did during those additional 10 minutes…

Probably a good idea

Today wasn’t any better. More than an hour this morning (after 9 a.m.) to get from Greater East Side St. Paul to 394, when it will usually take me around 15-20 minutes outside of rush hour. Traveling home last night from work — normally a 20-minute jaunt — took an hour. Just too many cars, I guess, on the city streets because of all the mayhem and craziness on the freeways.
Br warned: Thursday promises much of the same.

Hrmm, noodleman follows a very similar commute schedule. I’m intrigued.
